Contents and goals
Target of the seminar:
Any barista that aims to learn how to use better our Karalis Coffee and wants to belong to our network of La Tazza d’oro Cafès. Besides, anyone that wants to learn how to make a perfect espresso is welcome.
Goal of the training programs:
• Gathering basic information about the coffee world (green and roasted);
• To know technical issues regarding machinery and grinding coffee;
• To be able to make a perfect Espresso, Cappuccino and other coffee-based beverages.
Participants will have the opportunity to visit our company and to work in an Italian environment, and can come and see the creation of our special blends La Tazza d’Oro and Karalis coffee brand.

• From green coffee to Espresso
• Coffee tasting and roasting factory visit
• Machineries and grindings coffee
• Espresso judgment – problems analysis during coffee preparation
• Barista expert tricks
• The art to make a cappuccino and the art to prepare a spread of milk beverage
• Trends and news in the coffeehouse and “Italian bars”
• Training on the job (a lot of practice!)
Cost and duration for the seminar in italian language:
1 day (8 hours)
Fee per participant: Euro 120,00 + 20% VAT
(fee includes materials and buffet during the day-program)
Cost and duration for the seminar in english and german language:
2 days (7 hours/day)
Fee per participant: Euro 195,00 + 20% VAT for the 2 day seminar
(fee includes materials and buffet during the day-program
